For all shipments of ITTER Fachverlag to consumers (§ 13 BGB) apply these general terms and conditions (GTC).

3. Supply and treaty-making
3.1 The appearance of the products in our online shop represents no legally binding, but an invitation to the purchase order. All offers are "while stocks", when otherwise stated in the products. Reserved for errors.
3.2 By clicking on the button you leave a binding order of the products in your shopping cart "Complete order" in the last step in the order process. The purchase agreement reached when we accept your order by an order confirmation e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

5. Right to cancel
Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have a legal right of withdrawal.
Instruction of revocation
You can revoke your contract declaration within a period of two weeks without cause in writing (letter, fax, E-Mail) or by return of the goods. Withdrawal effects

6. Preise und Versandkosten

7. Lieferung
7.1 The delivery worldwide.
7.2 The delivery time is typically 10 business days. We point to the respective product page on any different delivery times.
7.3 If the ordered product is not available, because we in time are supplied with this product by our suppliers, we inform you immediately. You are free in this case to wait for the ordered product or cancel your order. Cancellations may already rendered consideration shall be refunded immediately.
8. Zahlung
8.1 The payment either via cash on delivery, paypal, credit transfer, direct debit.
8.2 In advance payment type selection we give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the item after receiving payment.
